•Open the project file for the latest podcast episode
•Click Edit on the main audio file
•Verify the transcript is visible and ready
•Add intro and outro audio tracks (click +, go to Uploads → Audio, insert intro at beginning, outro at end)

•Copy the chosen scene prompt
•Open Nana Banana inside Gemini and add the reference image of the hosts
•Paste the prompt into Gemini and run it — try all 3 prompts for options
•Note: Gemini may not return a perfect 1:1 aspect ratio — this will be fixed in Canva
•Send Kevin the 3 options in Slack for approval
•Open Canva, navigate to the Podcast Art folder
•Make a copy of an existing correctly sized template
•Open the copied design
•Unlock and delete the existing image in the template
•Upload and insert the approved generated image
•Use Magic Expand if needed to adjust framing and ensure both hosts are visible
•If elements are misplaced, open Position settings and move the image layer underneath text or overlays
•Update the episode number
•Download the final episode art
•Save it in the appropriate episode folder in Google Drive
•Export the finished full episode MP4 from Riverside
•Upload the MP4 to the shared Google Drive folder
•Save the episode art in the same folder
Open Google Drive Folder →•Open Google Opal
•Upload the MP4
•Wait for transcript generation
•Copy the full transcript
Open Google Opal →•Go to the Content Engine
•Navigate to Podcast → Episodes → New Episode
•Enter the Episode ID (e.g., EP017)
•Enter co-host name (default: Eli)
•Paste the transcript from Google Opal
•Click "Process Episode"
•Wait for title suggestions to appear
•Kevin will be notified in Slack (#marketing-approvals) with 5 title suggestions
•Kevin picks a title and selects insights
•Do NOT upload to YouTube or publish to Riverside until the title is approved

•Set the episode number
•Leave Season blank if not applicable
•Upload the episode art
•Review all details for accuracy (title, audio, description, art)
•Click Publish (or schedule for a specific time)
•Allow up to one hour for the episode to appear on platforms
•Upload the full episode MP4 to the AI at Work YouTube channel
•Use the approved title
•Paste the YouTube description from the pipeline app (Social Posts → YouTube tab → Copy)
•Upload the episode art as the thumbnail
•Set to Public and publish
•Go back to the Content Engine
•Open the episode from Podcast → Episodes
•Enter the YouTube URL now that the episode is live
•This URL will be included in the Sociamonials CSV export
•Go to the Clip Queue page (Podcast → Clip Queue in the sidebar)
•Your assigned clips will be in the "Extracted" column
•Move each to "Editing" when you start working on it
•Edit clips in CapCut using the timestamps and transcript excerpts as your guide:
• Open the clip and click Edit
• Locate the starting section and restore the missing first sentence to make the clip sound complete
• Review the ending to confirm it flows naturally
• Export the clip with Normalize Audio enabled
• Create a new CapCut project, add the clip to the timeline
• Generate captions: Captions → Auto Generate → choose a template style
• Delete any old caption layers to avoid duplicates
• Add B-roll footage as needed (use GPT suggestions for search terms, download 10–20 second clips from stock footage)
• Position B-roll between the main video and caption layers
• Fix timing so captions remain visible and transitions align
• Add transitions between sections
• Review the full video for timing, captions, and transitions
• Export the final version
•Upload finished clips to the appropriate location
•Move completed clips to "Review" in the queue
•Export the Sociamonials CSV from the pipeline app (Schedule & Export tab)
•Review the posting calendar — adjust dates and times if needed
•Upload the CSV to Sociamonials
•Verify the schedule looks correct in Sociamonials
•Move clips to "Published" in the queue after they go live
•Open the Blog Post tab in the pipeline app
•Copy the SEO meta section (title tag, meta description, URL slug, keywords)
•Copy the blog post body
•Log into WordPress (ascendlabs.ai)
•Create a new post, paste the title and body
•Set the URL slug from the SEO meta
•Add the meta description via your SEO plugin
•Add the podcast embed or link within the post
